Our coaches have been training in CrossFit for 12 years. They are currently a part of Team USA in International Functional Fitness and have been competing for 4 years now, traveling to Sweden, Mexico, Canada, Norway, and Hungary. They compete in CrossFit competitions all around the nation as well.
Our coaches understand what it takes to be a competitive athlete in any sport. This involves training athletes for their sport along with tapering trainings during in-season training. We believe weight training is beneficial to all sports, but along with weight training athletes need cardio/aerobic training as well. We use the methodology of Functional Fitness. Functional Fitness training will help build a well rounded athlete by using functional movements that can be related to their specific sport. We also believe heavily in recovering the body and keeping the body healthy throughout training sessions and the athlete's sport season.
Steve Gowin is a mental skills coach and works with individuals and sports teams. Steve's direct and simple approach can be a irreplaceable addition to accelerate an athlete's training and competitive mindset that not only will help in competition, but will continue to help in life.
